Finding the right care for you: Drew’s journey
Choice and control are at the heart of everything we do at Support Solutions Australia. In this short video, Drew, one of our long-standing participants, shares his journey living in an Individualised Living Option (ILO) and receiving flexible supports from our team.
After trialling Supported Independent Living (SIL), Drew found it too rigid for his preferences. Moving to an ILO gave him the autonomy he needed. Since then, he has transitioned into full-time employment and gradually reduced his support hours as his confidence and independence have grown.
